I'm Chris Ball, and I sell the homes other agents couldn't, across Knoxville and East Tennessee.

I never planned on real estate. I got into it because someone I hold dear to my heart said it could change my family's life, and I dove in head first on that chance. That was 2018. Three years later the business had closed $20.5M in sales, earned KW Rookie of the Year in 2019, and grown into a team.
Today the numbers tell the story better than I can: 300+ career transactions, $125M+ in volume, a 1.05 sale-to-list ratio that means our sellers average about 5% above list, and homes averaging 31 days on market. In June 2024, we set the Gettysvue price record with a $3.45M sale, $1.25M above the prior neighborhood high. In 2024 alone the team closed 58 transactions and $28.9M in volume.

The work I am proudest of is the hard kind. Amanda came to us 203 days into a stalled listing in Corryton. Her husband had already relocated out of state, the first agent's plan had not worked, and the property had real challenges. We rebuilt the strategy, sharpened the presentation, and tracked feedback instead of hoping. 101 days later she closed at $410,000. It was never just about selling a house. It was about getting a family back under one roof.
